the expo sofia hotel is a gem! the location is super close to normal bulgarian restaurants, which made dining easy. the complimentary breakfast was such a nice touch, especially since they packed us food for our early departure. the room was cozy and clean, with a reliable tv that made our stay even better.

Unfortunately, there were issues with the room's equipment—air conditioning was not functional, there's little to no hot water available at times, and the bathroom showed signs of neglect with moldy corners. The noise from other guests echoing through the halls was a consistent annoyance, and the breakfast experience fell flat with cold items and limited options.

I stayed for 3 nights as a solo traveler and had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked well, which made my stay comfortable. I really enjoyed the restaurant's lunch options too. the food was delicious and fresh. I also loved that the venue was just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to explore Sofia. However, the event noise from a wedding was quite disruptive during my stay.

Clean rooms with relatively new furniture created a pleasant atmosphere. I appreciated the complimentary water and tea and coffee setup that enhanced my stay. The city view from my room was enjoyable and added to the experience. However, the bathroom could use some updates.

this hotel just doesn’t get it. I mean, why would I have to search for my airport transfer? And the wifi? more like why-not. with all my troubles, you’d think they’d have offered a complimentary welcome gift, but no. so disappointing. who runs a hotel like this nowadays?

I had a great three-night stay! The Superior King size room was cozy, with complimentary water and a nice tea and coffee setup. The hotel's free parking was a big plus since I traveled by car, and the metro station was just a short walk away for easy access to the city center.

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The staff was genuinely friendly, assisting us in every way possible. The complementary garden area provided a lovely place to unwind. Breakfast had a great variety!

I had a cozy stay in the Superior Business Room with a king size bed. It was clean and spacious, which made my time comfortable. Loved having the coffee machine and complimentary water. The bathroom was large and modern, but could use a bit more hot water. Also, the TV was decent for some evening relaxation.
